Please ensure your order is paid in full three business days prior to delivery. If the payment is not received in full prior to delivery, we reserve the right to refuse delivery.
Our delivery stock are our premium trees. Should you be unhappy with your tree please make us aware within 24 hours of delivery. We are happy to provide a full refund and remove your tree. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a replacement.
Our trees are freshly cut prior to delivery. We will also provide you with tree care instructions to help you keep your tree as fresh as possible until Christmas. However, we will not take responsibility if your tree dies and therefore do not provide refunds under these circumstances.
Please ensure someone is home to receive your tree. We will not leave the tree unattended due to hot weather in Perth during December. If no one is home, reserve the right to provide a full refund.
Please remember, we will try our best to deliver during your requested delivery time but we cannot guarantee this.
If you have requested a roadside pick up, your tree must be on the verge before 8am. Your tree will not be collected if it is not visible from the street.
